Governor Ayade Gives Okpo Records and Real Pee Ajaba 10 Million Naira Each To Boost Their Musical Career
Governor Ayade finally redeems his pledge of 10 Million Naira each to ‘Okpo Records’ and ‘Real Pee.’
Governor Ayade who is fondly called ‘Talk and Do Governor’ in Cross River state, is known for keeping to his words.
Ayade recently redeemed his vow to ‘Nkukwuak Command Performance Cast and Crew’ led by immediate past culture and tourism commissioner, Eric Anderson. The kindness shown by Ayade, is to motivate home grown talents in the state and build a larger platform for them to attain greatness in their career.
The Chief Of Staff to Ayade, Martin Orim, in his speech while presenting the cheque to the beneficiaries, Okpo Records and Real Pee, advised them to utilize the money wisely.
He reiterated that the artists should use the money judiciously and avoid lavishing lifestyle. He added that they can generate more millions from the money they have at hand, if they use it well.
Ephraim Inyang for Okpo Records reacting to the gift, thanked the governor for his kind gesture as it is going to boost his career. He also promised to make the state proud and not to disappoint the governor.
Pius Ushie, popularly known as Real Pee Ajaba, reacting on behalf of the beneficiaries, praised Governor Ayade for entrusting them with such a huge amount of money to boost their career.
