Popular Nollywood comedian and actor Oliver Duke,better known as Sylvanus in his role in the popular comedy series “Do Good” has been confirmed dead.
Report has it that the actor died from fatal injuries he sustained in an accident on his way back from Eket, Akwa Ibom, for the burial of his late mother.
Meanwhile, his college Christopher Iheuwa announced the sad story on his handle on the social media, when he said “It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of my friend and fellow thespian.”
“We love you Lingchung, but God loves you more,” he said.

Nevertheless, former Public Relations Officer, Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Ms. Kate Henshaw who also confirmed the incident on her social media page, wrote, “Goodbye Sylvanus, May the Lord receive your soul”, she said, adding that with his role in “Dogood” brought smiles to many” and that he was a lively person full of humour despite obstacles he encountered while alive.
